Description
A beautiful feel good picture all hand stitched from applique fabrics and embroidery. The picture includes a jug with flowers, a bowl of Spring blossom flowers and a little house looking out.
On this workshop you choose your own materials- beautiful quality background fabric, all the applique materials, and fabulous DMC threads- the design will be the same but you can make it your own with your choice of colours. Julie will demonstrate stage by stage, cutting out templates and transferring your design and creating the fabulous stitched flowers. You may have finished your stitching before you leave at the end of the day, but if not, you will have learned how to stitch every part of the design and have all the materials you need to finish the project at home.
This panel size is 25cm x 35cm and fits perfectly onto a box canvas, 30cm x 40cm. You will be shown several different ways to mount your finished piece so you can show it off in your home. You can bring your own box canvas or frame. Box canvas will be available to buy on the day.
